1 King bed + 1 person sofa (max 3 people): $189 + tax/night
2 Queen beds (max 4 people): $189 + tax/night
1 King bed, 1 Bedroon suite (max 3 people): $209 + tax/night

Reservations must be made directly through email only. Confirm you are booking under the Catholic Women’s League May Convention to receive the convention rate. A limited number of rooms are available at the quoted rates until April 1, 2025.

Payment Options
Cheques – Please ensure cheques are written clearly and where possible, using block letters. Please
make your cheque payable to CWL Vancouver Diocesan Convention. Cheques will be returned if
they are illegible. This will delay registration.

E-Transfer – When paying by E-Transfer, the sender will receive a message confirming that once sent,
the funds will be automatically deposited without a security question.

Each person must register separately
Convention Registration fee is required if attending any convention day and is not required if only attending the Banquet
Councils should pay the Registration Fee and Luncheon for their Spiritual Advisor
